The Royal TimePilot Extreme Time Management System is a simple, self-contained time-tracking and reporting solution meant for smaller organizations. It works with your smartphone and no PC software is needed. It is a rugged and weatherproof time management system that runs for a year on 4 AA batteries. When it’s time for payroll, a supervisor can download the clock-in and clock-out data right into the free TimePilot app using Bluetooth wireless technology built into their Apple or Android smartphone and the Extreme Blue clock and calculate work hours right on their phone. They can make any necessary corrections to their employees’ hours within the app. The app can calculate the number of hours of pay each employee should receive. It can handle up to 2,000 users and each employee uses a single iButton to clock in and out
