POS 1500 – Point-of Sale System

Five business models are pre-installed into a time saving cash register with easy-to-use software, a touch screen and icon driven programming. The POS1500 is a stand-alone system with a built-in thermal printer offering custom receipt outputs. It requires no internet service to provide flawless performance. Reduce expenses, because the POS1500 has no monthly software fees or costly apps, yet it allows you to add on optional credit card readers, bar code scanners, RFID readers, scales and wireless thermal printers.

Royal has taken the hard work out of programming your system. You can be up and running in as little as 15 minutes using the Setup Wizard launch. When the Wizard is finished, you can customize the settings to fit your business. The five pre-installed business models are: Quick Service Restaurant, Table Seating Restaurants, Fashion, Retail and Mixed Retail. Choose from over 1000 template images to streamline your business requirements.

The massive 6 GB memory enables you to take advantage of almost unlimited departments, users and Price Look Ups (PLU’s) with up to 3 different selling prices and 1 purchase price. Customized programming allows for split receipt, VIP or Hour discounts, tips suggestions and even cooking instructions.

Choose an administrator who will delegate the number of users and their control to access the system. Keep track of input items, pricing, sales, taxes, items sold, employee work hours, tips and the payment method. Turn this information into multiple reports including X & Z reports. Export these reports in Excel® or PDF formats, all of which can be sent by email to many of your devices.

The POS1500 also has internet capabilities. By activating this function, you can send customers receipts via email. Upload reports directly to your office or home PC. Software upgrades are just a click away!

The cash drawer is detachable for under the counter mounting. The heavy metal construction has a locking drawer with a 4-bill slot and adjustable dividers to create up to 5-coin trays.

The built-in thermal printer uses standard 2¼” thermal paper. The unit includes six preset templates that allows you to customize your guest receipt. It is easy to add company names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, emails, logos or even photos to the receipts. The LED rear display allows guests to see the transaction in progress.
